We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as novelty, discounted, or used toys)

  • Custom products (including special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (like beauty and bath products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.

Defective Product Policy

We prioritize product quality and your satisfaction. If you receive a defective item, we’re here to help.

We allow for the exchange of defective items within 6 months of purchase. To qualify, the product must show a manufacturing defect that affects its performance. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect are not eligible for return or exchange under this policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
